Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple infrastructure workstreams involving IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into executable plans
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for SAP infrastructure initiatives
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across infrastructure and network dependencies
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and technical leadership
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication at all levels
Track program-level KPIs and ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization
Proactively resolve roadblocks and technical challenges during infrastructure setup and execution
Establish governance frameworks for decision-making, reporting, and escalation
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
Drive alignment and resolve conflicts between business and technical teams

Required

Proven experience managing SAP infrastructure projects
Strong SAP ERP knowledge with hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments
Solid understanding of infrastructure and network engineering concepts
Experience working with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Clarity PPM, and Smartsheet
Ability to deliver projects using hybrid methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction
Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Ability to support evolving program needs, including adjacent workstreams (e.g., data, reporting)
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field

Preferred

Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale enterprise transformations
PMP certification strongly preferred
Master's degree is a plus
