Program Manager Service Lifecycle Management & Education

Responsibilities
Provide strategy and business planning as well as operations support to enable achievements of KPIs and service readiness
Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis
Lead and guide the work of technical staff
May serve as a point of contact for the client or customer
Responsible for establishing business cases, managing complex programs, representing the customer service organization (CS-LS) in cross-functional initiatives, and providing support to the SLM&EDU (Service Lifecycle Mgmt. & Education) organization
Establish the SLM&EDU KPI suite based on short-term and long-term goals and derive actions based on KPI development – proactive vs. reactive
Collaborate closely with the global Regions (Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe/Middle East and Africa) to identify their needs to be service ready for Siemens’ product portfolio and be their “voice” in the different service initiatives
Define the service business cases and drive the implementation for the different initiative and programs to drive down product service cost in the Regions
Identify and implement efficiency opportunities within the SLM&EDU organization to drive down operational cost, with a focus on change management as well as empowerment of the team
Represent the bigger Customer Services Lab Solutions organization in cross-functional initiative ensuring that service business and service readiness needs are being met
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field
six (6) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation
experience in service operations such as applications or service maintenance
business case management experience
project management experience
service operations experience
knowledge of program and project management
team leadership experience
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams, and PowerPoint)
Stakeholder management on all organizational levels
change management experience
Global experience (U.S. and international) in service operations
