Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Responsibilities
Apply payments (checks, credit cards, ACH) and reconcile accounts receivable
Contact customers regarding overdue balances and manage collection efforts
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy
Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements and reports
Assist with accounts payable, billing, and other accounting tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable or similar role
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred
ERP experience preferred; SAP is a plus
