Carespring Health Care Management is seeking a Licensed Facility Administrator for their skilled nursing facility. This leadership position oversees facility operations and ensures compliance with federal and state guidelines while maintaining high standards of care and team member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Ensures facility is following all federal and state guidelines

Establishes a proactive and engaging relationship with the team members, families and community

Maintains direct oversight of the following operations in the facility, including but not limited to the following:

Team Member Satisfaction by working through/with the facility department heads

Assists with team member issue management

Excellent clinic

Patient/Responsible party satisfaction

Census Management

Accounts receivable

Controllable Cost Management

Quality of Care - Works to ensure the facility maintains at least a 4 star on CMS 5-star program

Manages the CMS Quality Indicators

Ensures the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (i.e. AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting)

Any and all duties as assigned by the Regional Administrator, COO and/or CEO
