They are seeking a Strategic Communications Specialist who will implement and facilitate strategic communications, support internal and external messaging, and coordinate marketing communication projects.

Responsibilities

Implements and facilitates strategic communications

Supports and enables strategic, operational, and tactical communication efforts to enhance our customer's internal and external messaging and outreach, including audience surveys, analysis and targeting

Coordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness

Develops and facilitates establishment of communications standards for various communications channels, such as periodicals, web services, publications, presentations, etc

Supports and enables development and distribution of news and informational emails sent to internal and external recipients

Produce and distribute communications, products, and services as outlined in applicable SLAs

Assists the government customer in documenting strategic, operational, and tactical engagements and communications in SOPs for operational efficiency and continuity of operations requirements

Required

Associates degree and 10+ years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience; OR Master's Degree and 6+ years of experience; OR 3 years with PhD. However, four (4) years of additional relevant experience or specialized training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

Experience in Intelligence or Cyberspace communications and/or Federal and/or DoD policies and procedures

Excellent oral and written communications skills, organizational and interpersonal skills

Active Secret Security Clearance
