Intermediate-level of proficiency in the use/application of Microsoft Office
Experience managing federal contract with disbursed staff over 75 employees and over 20 locations
Experience developing and maintaining successful customer relationships in a federal contracting environment
Experience with creating and sustaining a positive, highly motivated workforce
Experience handling Human Resource challenges to include interviewing, hiring, and managing a large, disbursed staff
