Performs clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, photocopying, and electronic communications
Creates and tracks purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the department and associated grants
Supports the director and staff as well as contract instructors and other contract staff with academic and course delivery activities
Generates facility use requests, travel requests, and key requests
Assists students enrolling in WRTC classes that require additional paperwork
Coordinates and maintains staff and departmental records
Creates documents using Microsoft Office Suite and other related business software applications
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Good communications skills, both written and oral
Good time management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites applications and business software applications
Problem solving skills highly desirable
Associate's Degree in a related field is required
One to three years of administrative or clerical experience is required
