Responsibilities

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Builds positive relationships with co-workers, management, internal & external customers

Maintains financial accounts by processing customer credit requests expediently

Updates and maintains order & complaint logs

Maintains customer records by updating account information as necessary

Processes orders successfully

Communicates effectively with internal / external customers in person, on the phone, and through email

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Performs standard tasks using established methods, principles, concepts & procedures

Minor judgments are made

Performs other duties as required
