W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking a Field Sales Associate to join their Surgical Solutions team in the Medical Products Division. The role involves selling and promoting implantable medical devices within the general, trauma, and plastic surgery markets, focusing on building professional relationships and exceeding sales forecasts.

Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 3 years of medical sales experience
Adaptable and flexible, ability to work 'on call' when needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current, valid driver's license
Demonstrated ability to support product use during procedures
Ability to quickly develop strong and effective technical selling skills with new products in new markets
Ability to develop relationships with key customers
Ability to understand medical/surgical procedures and terminology
Ability to travel up to 30% and must reside in the greater Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin, or surrounding areas
Preferred
Experience selling to both general and plastic surgeons
Experience in market development
