Responsibilities
Ensure the facility operations are in compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines
Oversee all budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies to meet Federal, State, Local and Company guidelines
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis, while maintaining the Care without Compromise standard throughout the facility
Qualification
Required
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
2 years of experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred
Preferred
A Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related degree is preferred
