Responsibilities
Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations
Design Development and idea generation
Detailed Design & Documentation
Preparing specifications, reports, presentations and related data tables
Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups
Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets
May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project
May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Architecture degree plus 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Autodesk Revit
US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
Preferred
Master's degree in Architecture
5 years of experience as an Architect or Architectural Designer on a variety of building types
Ability to become a licensed architect in the future
Experience with Adobe Suite, Autodesk Revit, Enscape, Rhino
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Proficient in Rendering software, preferable 3ds Max, Corona, D5 Render, blender, or Enscape
Revit based tools such as pyRevit or other open-source python-based framework, Dynamo scripts
AI integration for design optioneering, entourage/image editing
