Responsibilities
Daily ride-alongs with sales reps to train, develop, and sharpen their skills
Mentor and coach the existing team to improve performance and close rates
Close your own leads to drive personal and team success
Collaborate with the Solar Sales Manager to expand the sales team
Implement best practices to optimize lead-to-close efficiency
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to push growth
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through every step of the process
Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovations to keep the team competitive
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years of in-person solar sales experience
At least one (1) year of solar sales management experience
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plus
