J&J Worldwide Services is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Program Finance functions. The role involves overseeing financial operations, guiding decision-making processes, and ensuring alignment of financial strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

This role will need to effectively interact with multiple levels of leadership within the organization including SBU and Corporate Leadership

Lead in development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Lead monthly financial reviews of PSRs, transactional Details, proactively work with Program Management in supporting the programs' financial performance and requirements

Comfortable making recommendations and presenting financial analysis to Senior Management

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Analyze variances of margin, operating activities and current/past trends in key performance indicators

Ensure project setup within JAMIS meets the needs of both the company and the contract's reporting needs. Ability to understand/communicate contract financial reporting requirements

Provide financial decision support to stakeholders focused on minimizing risk and maximizing return of limited resources

Financial monthly close experience (program focused) to include labor accruals, sub accruals, other vendor accruals, and SOX compliant revenue recognition

Knowledge of Indirect Pool Structures, including, but not limited to PMO rates, fringe rates, overhead rates, and G&A rates
