Lead accounting functions, including general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audits
Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, grants, and bond management
Ensure compliance with GAAP, GASB, state, and federal requirements
Support budgeting, forecasting, asset tracking, and financial transparency reporting
Supervise and develop finance staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field required
8+ years finance/accounting experience, including 5+ in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of GAAP, GASB, payroll, AP/AR, grants, and bond management
Proficiency with accounting/payroll systems (Abila MIP and Paylocity a plus)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
