This role involves overseeing project controls specific to cost, ensuring budget adherence, and managing change and risk processes while collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate and execute project cost projections/forecasting, including close coordination with MEP subcontractors

Integral part of the internal and external cash flow of the project

Ensure a timely and accurate owner billing process, establishing processes for reviews and billing submissions

Ensure timely submission of changes and compliance with prime contract requirements

Establish and oversee processes for internal and external change reviews

Understand necessary reporting and metrics established to monitor the health of the change management backlog, emphasizing quantity, magnitude, and aging

Assist in a document control process for written correspondence, drawings, and specifications

Generate deliverables that meet all prime contract reporting requirements and manage their timely submission

Assist the overall project in developing processes and procedures for various workflows, including RFI’s, Submittals, Material Status tracking, Design Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Closeout

Monitor established processes to ensure project expectations are met

Monitor and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
