Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with technicians and clients in your designated zone
Schedule and coordinate maintenance inspections, service calls, and repairs per SLA and company procedures
Ensure all service call information (labor, materials, equipment, codes, etc.) is accurately recorded from initiation to billing
Respond promptly to technician and client requests, escalating issues when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service excellence and client satisfaction
Ensure accurate data entry for service calls and billing preparation
Verify all maintenance activities are completed within contractual timelines
Perform daily closeout tasks, including technician time tracking, material consumption, and reporting
Support proposal generation and follow-up on pending service requests
Assign daily workloads and maintain real-time communication throughout the day
Track technician arrival times, progress, and completion to ensure adherence to schedule
Keep an accurate dispatch board reflecting current job statuses
Coordinate with estimators and purchasers to ensure technicians have necessary materials
Schedule repair work once required materials are available
Escalate field issues to the Foreman and Field Supervisor when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple service issues simultaneously
Skilled in problem-solving and coordination under time-sensitive conditions
Team-oriented with a proactive, client-focused attitude
