Responsibilities
Support claims analysis for Progressive's Fleet & Specialty Programs (FSP)
Support the migration to the new claims system by working with complicated data
Learn new business concepts
Build relationships with business partners in various business groups
Handle diverse work content with the opportunity to interact with various business and process leaders in and outside of the Claims organization
Qualification
Required
A minimum of four years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience
This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates
Preferred
Foundational to intermediate SQL and Snowflake, SAS, R, or Python programming skills and the ability to build programs
Basic to intermediate skills in Power BI software
Knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminology
Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
Intermediate computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel - including crafting, manipulating, and formulating spreadsheets - incorporating v-look-up, tables, charts, and graphing
