Director, Human Resources Consulting

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with Lenovo’s business objectives for IT Services and Global Sales, ensuring an agile, high-performing workforce
Design and implement talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development programs to attract, develop, and retain top sales and services talent
Support business transformation initiatives by optimizing organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management strategies
Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that enhances employee engagement and aligns with Lenovo’s values
Establish partnerships and collaboration with other Human Resource teams such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Learning Development
Collaborate with the Total Rewards Team to maintain competitive compensation for internal talent and new hires. Utilize incentive plans to attract top sales talent and ensure performance-based differentiation
Ensure compliance with global labor laws and HR best practices, while effectively managing employee relations and conflict resolution
Utilize HR data and analytics to drive strategic workforce planning, performance metrics, and HR decision-making
Lead and develop a small global HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Provide mentorship, performance management, and strategic direction to ensure alignment with business goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
15+ years of HR leadership experience, with a strong background in sales and IT services environments
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives in a global, matrixed organization
Experience driving large-scale organizational change and talent transformation initiatives
Deep knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing global HR teams
