Responsibilities
Serves as the primary point of contact for employees who relocating to international or national assignments
Coordinates service providers for household effects shipments, pre-assignment medicals, immigration, tax services and destination services
Collects and conducts preliminary review of individual documents required for immigration processing
Prepares corporate documents required for immigration processing
Prepares and explains assignment and employment documents, including offer letters, recitals and assignment compensation calculations, in alignment with policies and approved assignment conditions
Manages the receipt of required documents, submission processes, and monitoring activities to ensure assignment mobilization clearance
Explains assignment expense reimbursement processing and policies
Interfaces with other teams as needed, including Expatriate Tax, HR Operations, Benefits, national and international payroll teams, Security, Expense Management, etc
Maintains accurate information in mobility management software throughout the assignment lifecycle for tracking and reporting purposes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years relevant work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish is required
Prior experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, or as a HR Generalist
Basic knowledge of international relocation processes and expatriate compensation components
Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining strong attention to detail and data integrity
Must have the legal right to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
