Papé Group is a premier medium and heavy-duty truck and equipment dealer in the West, seeking a Service Writer to join their team. The role involves managing service department work orders and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible

Provide an excellent experience for our customers

Oversee service and warranty work orders

Assist in shop workflow

Check-in equipment for repair

Required

Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs
