Responsibilities

Manage and review preparation of federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and trusts

Oversee quarterly and annual tax projections, estimated payments, and extensions

Conduct tax research and prepare memoranda summarizing findings and recommendations

Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and minimize tax liabilities through strategic planning

Supervise, train, and mentor staff and senior accountants throughout the engagement cycle

Review and provide constructive feedback on workpapers and returns to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, prioritizing work to meet deadlines

Participate in staff evaluations and contribute to performance feedback and development planning
