Responsibilities

Identify leads using the sponsor's targeting tools and databases

Use IC tools to identify technical targeting data and convert data into actionable leads

Develop and maintain contact with the Sponsor organization and other USIC partners to effectively coordinate and deconflict actions

Qualification

Mandarin proficiencyIC tools experienceCyber technology familiarityContact maintenanceTechnical targeting data

Required

Expert-level or near expert-level language ability, distinct from experience in the IC

Familiarity with Chinese language and familiarity with cyber and technology sectors and associated vernaculars (Chinese and English)

Experience using the sponsor's targeting tools and databases to identify leads

Experience developing and maintaining contact with the Sponsor organization as well as other USIC partners to effectively coordinate and deconflict actions

High level proficiency in Mandarin
