They are seeking a Consumer Loan Intake Analyst to review consumer loans for income and supporting documents in accordance with established guidelines and regulations, while providing support to lenders in the loan process.

Responsibilities

Review submitted income documents for consumer real estate loans in accordance with established bank policies and product guidelines

Ensure all required documents are present prior to releasing for credit review and underwriting, to including credit history review and qualifying income documentation

Assist with income analysis and underwriting

Review of real estate tax bills, homeowner’s insurance statements, mortgage statements, and any other supporting documents related to the credit decision

Drive production and support underwriters to achieve the established service level goals

Communicate required documentation to lenders in a positive and professional manner

Provide lender support in the areas of loan product, policy, procedure, loan structure and pricing

Performs other duties, as assigned
