Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of business litigation experience
Skilled at conducting and supervising electronic discovery
Skilled at drafting substantial dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions
Confident in ability to argue motions and take and defend depositions
Excellent academic credentials
Strong writing, analytical, and communications skills
Member of the Georgia Bar or admitted to and in good standing with another state's bar (and willing to go through the Georgia Bar's admission process)
