The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showing apartments, processing rental applications, and responding to resident requests, while providing exceptional customer service and sales support.

Responsibilities
Show apartments to qualified prospects; sell features and benefits of the community and close to qualified candidates
Process rental applications and related rental paperwork. Coordinates move-in of new residents and conduct resident orientation
Responds to resident requests, including maintenance requests. Follow up on work orders to ensure resident satisfaction
Prior Leasing experience preferred but not required
Flexible work schedule- will include weekend hours
Leasing commission on all rentals = up to $10,000 annually
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience - 1-2 years (required)
Microsoft Office - 1-2 years (required)
Sales/Marketing - 1 year (required)
Preferred
Prior Leasing experience preferred but not required
