Current BLS certification (or obtain within 3 months of hire)

One of the following: Certified Nurse Aide (CENA) in Michigan, Completed Anatomy & Physiology college course, Enrolled in an accredited nursing program with fundamentals completed (proof of enrollment required annually), EMT, Medical Assistant, LPN, or equivalent experience/training also eligible
