Responsibilities
Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
Assist with consolidated reporting and intercompany eliminations
Support audit processes and manage AP/AR functions across multiple locations
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, resolving discrepancies
Address technical accounting issues, including revenue recognition, leases, accruals, and reserves
Implement and uphold accounting policies and procedures
Partner with FP&A, operations, and other teams to review financials and support initiatives
Mentor and guide junior accounting staff
Contribute to special projects, M&A integration, and ad-hoc analyses
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3–7+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or industry)
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proven experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (NetSuite, Sage, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
