ARIVE is a high-growth fintech company revolutionizing digital mortgage originations, and they are seeking a Business Operations Associate to serve as the operational hub of their San Ramon headquarters. This role involves managing administrative and logistical workflows to ensure a world-class experience for clients and employees.

Responsibilities

Serve as the "Office Captain" for our San Ramon headquarters

Manage office supplies and decor and ensure the space is pristine and welcoming as you are the first impression for anyone walking through our doors

Serve as the primary receiver and sender of mail, handling any notices for timely processing

Act as the "Traffic Controller" for cross-functional logistics

Support Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams - shipping trade show booths, swag and marketing materials to various events, searching and booking event venues, planning executive travel, coordinating client meetings, and sending client appreciation and holiday gifts

Partner with the Head of People & Culture to deliver a great "Day 1" experience for new hires (shipping laptops, sending Welcome Kits) as well as continuous moments of delight

Assist with culture events, happy hours, team offsites, and general administrative support for the leadership team
