Responsibilities

Design, code, test, debug, and implement software applications including Salesforce products

Modify and enhance existing programs to improve functionality and efficiency

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation or improvement

Evaluate existing systems and recommend upgrades or improvements

Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions

Develop and execute test plans to ensure software meets business requirements

Identify and resolve bugs or performance issues

Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and operational procedures

Provide ongoing support for deployed applications and systems
