Confidential is an established Italian bakery renowned for its authentic flavors and artisanal craftsmanship, seeking a dynamic and talented Graphic Designer. In this full-time role, the designer will create compelling visual concepts, manage social media content, and produce promotional videos to enhance the bakery's brand presence.

Responsibilities

Develop compelling visual concepts for branding, packaging, signage, and print advertising that reflect the bakery’s authentic Italian heritage

Create engaging social media content including graphics, animations, and short videos to boost online visibility and customer engagement

Design and produce motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and other video editing tools to tell captivating brand stories

Manage website visuals and updates using WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience aligned with current design trends

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that incorporate typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling across digital platforms

Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and InVision for concept development and production design

Handle photo manipulation and digital art projects to enhance product imagery and promotional materials with precision and creativity

Maintain consistency in color management, branding guidelines, and visual style across all media channels

Support sign manufacturing projects by providing detailed production design files when needed

Stay updated on current design trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging multimedia techniques to continuously elevate our brand presence

Required

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, logo design, UI/Web design, and print advertising

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, InVision, HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge is a plus for web-related projects

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling principles

Skilled in digital art creation including motion graphics, photo manipulation, illustration and sign manufacturing support

Experience with content management systems like WordPress; familiarity with web standards such as HTML and CSS is advantageous

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Passion for culinary arts or food-related branding is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for creative storytelling is essential
