Responsibilities
Production: Manages multiple creative projects from ideation to execution with an emphasis on social, print and web
Project Management: Determines project requirements, timelines, and resources needed for creative work. Maintains project status to ensure deadlines are met and projects are within budget
Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal business partners, creative discipline leads, and agency partners
Risk Assessment: Identify risks and problem solving appropriately, escalating as necessary
Qualification
Required
2 or more years of experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team
Experience working within the financial industry (or for financial clients within an agency environment) a plus
Adept at managing creative workflows from concept to delivery
General knowledge of social, print and UX best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders often to ensure deliverables are met
Can meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
Pays attention to details and is organized; can take clear meeting notes; is thorough when communicating; can stay on top of all project components
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ensuring project quality by following visual QA processes
Self-starter that can work independently, can escalate to leader as needed
Deep experience with Workfront project management systems
