Field Service Technician- Rolling Stock- Philadelphia, PA

They are seeking a Field Service Technician to work hands-on with advanced Charger locomotives and Venture coaches, focusing on troubleshooting, repairing, and implementing field modifications to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability during the warranty period.

Responsibilities
Commission and support warranty operations for locomotives and coaches
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Use diagnostic software and laptops for system assessments
Interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and circuit plans
Document failures, repairs, and modifications
Implement Field Modifications (FMIs) to improve quality
Communicate with team members and site leads
Follow all company and industry safety procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or GED)
Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Individuals must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing
Ability to read and understand schematics, maintenance, repair, and FMI documents
Must have basic computer skills and work in Microsoft Office. SAP is a plus
Must be willing and open to working various shifts and days off
Candidates must be able to work independently and without much supervision
Ability to work safely, report hazards, and recognize risks
