Responsibilities

Overseeing and expanding CPLC’s Social Services - Workforce programs across multiple states
Driving innovation, excellence, and culturally responsive service delivery
Inspiring and motivating a multidisciplinary team to achieve transformational outcomes
Ensuring the success and growth of existing programs while identifying and launching new service lines
Accountable for program quality, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, and impactful reporting
Directly supervising Program Directors, Associate Directors, and Program Leaders
Providing indirect oversight of all Workforce related programs
Final authority on hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Required

Master's degree in social sciences, business, or related field with 5 plus years of nonprofit leadership experience; or Bachelor's degree with 7 plus years of director-level leadership
Proficiency in budget management, contract compliance, and organizational development
Must meet fingerprint clearance and possess a valid driver's license and insurance
Proven success in leading multi-state, multicultural teams and service lines
Strong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, measure impact, and report outcomes
Expertise in grant management, program design, and fund development
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership and service delivery
Deep knowledge of Arizona's social service landscape and community-based providers

Preferred

Experience in multi-program development and implementation strongly preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
