Oversee ICI’s IT function supporting both standard business processes and ICI’s unique work as a research organization conducting data collection and analysis
Ensure reliable global user support
Drive excellence across IT security, application development, computer operations, and network operations
Prioritize timely execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and clear communication
Qualification
Required
10+ years leading enterprise IT (hybrid cloud/on‑prem, Office 365 SaaS), delivering complex programs on time and on budget
A security‑minded architect with hands‑on credibility across Unix/Microsoft, distributed systems, and high‑availability design
Executive presence: stellar communication, consensus building, and the ability to translate complexity for diverse audiences
