Responsibilities

Provide analytic support for Progressive Fleet & Specialty Programs (FSP)
Prioritize the migration to the new claims system
Work with complex data to develop and maintain essential reporting
Learn new business concepts
Build relationships with business partners in various business groups
Develop subject-matter expertise
Handle diverse work content
Interact with numerous business and process leaders in and outside of the Claims organization

Qualification

Required

A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience

Preferred

Intermediate SQL and Snowflake, SAS, R, or Python programming skills, along with proficiency in developing programs
Intermediate skills in Power BI software
Knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminology
Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate, and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts, and graphing
