Call Center Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls professionally 📞
Respond to payroll-related questions, discrepancies, and service requests
De-escalate escalated situations calmly and effectively
Research and resolve inquiries by navigating multiple internal systems
Clearly document all interactions and resolutions
Provide accurate information while maintaining confidentiality
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution to support customer satisfaction
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of call center experience
Bilingual (facility-specific requirement)
Prior payroll or payroll support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent active listening and customer service skills
Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
