Responsibilities
Identify and implement patient experience improvement activities
Ensure an excellent experience of care for patients and families in all care settings
Facilitate coaching and learning interventions to improve patient experience
Create a patient-centered culture
Improve patient satisfaction scores
Ensure a positive and seamless experience for patients and their families
Partner with patients, leaders, providers, and staff to realize organizational patient experience goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, hospitality, business, communications or related field
Five years' of related work experience, such as working in a healthcare or customer service role
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) by the Patient Experience Institute at time of hire or within 1 year of hire
Experience working in patient experience or patient relations
