VP of Sales

ZEMI LLC is seeking a Vice President of Sales who will be a core leader in the company's sales system. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing team performance to deliver customer value and drive continuous sales growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales development plans aligned with the company's overall strategy
Promote the implementation and optimization of sales methodologies (such as SPIN, Challenger Sales, Solution Selling) within the team
Optimize sales processes and management mechanisms to achieve a standardized, replicable, and scalable sales system
Establish a sales excellence framework to support the company's long-term revenue growth targets
Establish a systematic sales training and development system to continuously improve team capabilities
Strengthen the sales team's performance in key skills such as customer insight, solution selling, negotiation, and closing deals
Promote the efficient use of sales tools and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) to improve sales efficiency and customer experience
Establish a scientific sales performance indicator system (KPIs, OKRs, etc.) to promote data-driven sales management
Identify growth opportunities through sales data analysis, propose optimization suggestions, and implement improvement plans
Monitor sales performance across regions or industries to ensure the achievement of business objectives
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, finance, operations, and other departments to achieve end-to-end sales support
Provide customer and industry feedback to product and marketing teams to promote continuous optimization of products and solutions
Promote deep integration of sales and marketing to achieve a closed-loop business process from demand generation to customer management
Build and lead a high-performing sales team, clearly defining responsibilities and performance indicators
Foster a positive, proactive, learning-oriented, and continuously improving sales culture
Promote best practices globally or regionally to ensure organizational consistency

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Over 20 years of experience in sales, sales management, or sales operations
At least 5 years of experience leading cross-regional or global sales teams
Proven track record of success in high-growth industries such as B2B, technology, software, internet, or fast-moving consumer goods
Ability to translate company strategy into actionable sales execution plans
Proficient in sales process improvement and methodology application
Possesses data-driven analytical, forecasting, and decision-making abilities
Experience in building sales training and capability development systems
Ability to effectively drive collaboration between sales and marketing, product, finance, and other teams
Ability to build high-performing teams and cultivate a culture of sales excellence

Preferred

MBA preferred
Experience in driving digital sales transformation in multinational corporations or high-growth companies
Familiarity with mainstream CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Experience in building global sales Centers of Excellence (CoE) or sales transformation projects
Candidates who have led sales transformation projects in consulting firms or large enterprises are preferred
