Responsibilities

Coach and influence leaders and teams to promote best practices in category management and achieve business results

Develop sourcing strategies using total cost of ownership models, internal data, and market intelligence

Collaborate with leaders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs

Direct and execute strategic sourcing for medium-to-high complexity third-party spend

Lead statement of work development, supplier selection, pricing analysis, and contract negotiation

Support audit compliance and risk management efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

8+ years of related experience in sourcing, supply chain management, contract negotiations, or contract law

4+ years in professional services sourcing with extensive experience negotiating Professional Service agreements

Knowledge of strategic sourcing principles and supply base management strategies

Desire to learn about market intelligence and analytics within professional services

Proven ability to engage with business partners and leaders collaboratively

Strong problem-solving, influencing, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in strategic planning, spend analysis, and supplier management

Background as a sourcing consultant in consulting and managed/outsourced services categories
