Responsibilities
Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
Qualification
Required
A valid U.S. driver's license is required
Accurately perform basic mathematical functions
Physical demands may include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands
The team member may occasionally be required to climb
Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
The team member will be required to work at a personal computer
Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms
Be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed
Candidates must successfully pass a driver license background check as part of the hiring process
Maintain a valid motor vehicle record (MVR) throughout your employment
Preferred
Minimum of one year of Porter experience preferred
High school education or equivalent is preferred
Beginner computer and Internet knowledge preferred
Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred
