Responsibilities

Lead and scale CRIO's sales efforts to clinical research sites
Provide strategic oversight of the site sales organization
Develop and manage a team of Account Executives and Site Business Development Representatives
Expand the client base among independent clinical research sites
Ensure alignment across the broader site sales function with senior Account Executives and the Business Development Representative Team Lead
Drive team performance and process excellence
Collaborate closely with the broader commercial team, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize the site acquisition funnel

Required

10+ years of experience in sales
Recent, hands-on experience selling into clinical research sites
5+ years of experience selling eClinical technology solutions
Proven experience managing sales teams and/or inside sales teams
Strong sales operations knowledge and experience, particularly in developing and executing outbound sales strategies
Extensive network of connections within the clinical research site community
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding challenging sales goals
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
Excellent coaching and talent development capabilities
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement tools
Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
