Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end production of experiential activations, from concepting and budgeting to execution and wrap
Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Account teams to bring bold ideas to life
Mentor producers and freelance teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency
Explore and integrate AI, AR, VR, and other emerging tools into experiential campaigns
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and creative problem-solving
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining scope, budget, and timeline integrity

Required

5–8 years of experience in experiential production within an agency or brand environment
Proven success managing large-scale activations, live events, and pop-ups (up to 30% travel)

Curiosity about emerging creative technologies; experience with tech-driven activations or new business pitches is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving agency culture
