Responsibilities
Generate new business through proactive outreach — calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across industries like finance, tech, media, legal, and healthcare
Create tailored proposals and packages that meet client needs and maximize revenue
Secure bookings for large parties, buyouts, and multi-event packages
Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track outreach, opportunities, and performance
Represent Golfzon Social at local networking events and within the business community
Qualification
Required
3+ years of success in corporate/group event sales or business development in hospitality, entertainment, or experiential venues
Proven ability to exceed sales goals and manage a high-volume pipeline
Confident communicator, skilled negotiator, and strong closer
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with brands like Topgolf, Bowlero, SPIN, City Winery, or similar is a big plus
