Responsibilities
Hardware & software inventory updates & change log updates
Work various Secure The Enterprise (STE) activities
Experience with LatteArt
Review XACTA notices
Complete SEAR audit log records
Review & address POAM for IAVAs
Coordinate with system owners & system administrators
Perform various SSP efforts
Review scans & work with system owners & system administrators to address and remediate issues
Address computer incident security reports
Begin authorization for new systems and re-authorization for legacy systems, etc
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph REQUIRED
Security+ Cert
10 years experience as an ISSO
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline + 4 additional years of experience as an ISSO may be substituted for a degree
Experience in three or more of the following areas: knowledge of current security tools, hardware/software security implementation, communication protocols, encryption techniques/tools
Preferred
Experience with LatteArt
