Human Resources Advisor
Strategic HR Advisory is a boutique human resources consulting firm focused on building great workplaces through HR strategy and compliant practices. They are looking for a part-time HR Advisor to provide HR guidance and support to clients, assisting with compliance, recruitment, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
Develop written material for clients including employee handbooks, hiring guides, and safety programs
Provide general HR guidance to clients regarding compliance and employee relations
Assist with recruitment and hiring including placing job ads, screening applicants, and interviewing
Track and monitor leave of absences for clients and ensure compliance with leave laws
Assist with benefits open enrollment and other meetings/trainings as required
Responsible for providing direction for safety, loss control, compliance, and claims management functions
Update and maintain accurate employee records and information in their HRIS and timekeeping systems. Ensure data integrity in HRIS systems and correct errors as needed
Perform general duties such as data entry and handling routine correspondence
Represent Strategic HR Advisory’s values daily: find solutions, own our actions, and do good in our community
Qualification
Required
HR Certified
Bilingual in Spanish
Located in San Diego
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or comparable field
PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
Advanced knowledge of employment law in California
