They are seeking a People Experience Partner (PXP) to enhance the employee experience and align local HR practices with global strategies, while managing employee relations and driving efficiencies in the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy

Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions

Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc

Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results

Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL’s Employee Relations and Labor Relations teams

Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support

Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion, and stabilization of new business with great consideration given to employee experience

Utilize HRIS systems to understand, assess and drive change based on metrics with an outcome of enhanced employee experience and improved business financials

Conduct compensation analyses during the year-end process and ad hoc as need be to ensure equity and pay for performance

Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint 'on the ground'

Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle – using touchpoints and hand offs to other HR function and centers of excellence stakeholders and partners

Required

Human Resources experience of 5+ years

Experience owning employee relations situations (investigations, claims, performance management, etc.)

Ability to assess, interpret and story tell with data

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in human resources, business administration or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)

Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization

Skilled team player who can communicate their thoughts clearly and effectively

Hybrid Schedule- must be on site 3 days per week
