Responsibilities

Acquire & Deepen Relationships – Prospect, network, and build trust with high-potential households and business owners
Diagnose & Design – Conduct thorough fact-finding; craft tailored wealth, protection, and retirement strategies
Implement & Monitor – Deliver solutions from our open-architecture platform and adjust plans as markets and client goals evolve
Champion Compliance – Operate at a fiduciary standard and uphold SFC’s ethical culture
Grow the Brand – Share best practices and collaborate with peers to elevate the client experience firm-wide

Qualification

Series 7Life & Health LicenseFinancial PlanningSales ExperienceEntrepreneurial MindsetClient-Focused

Required

Licenses: Series 7 or 6, plus 63/65 or 66, and Life & Health (or a plan to obtain)
Experience: Proven success in financial services—or a strong, metrics-driven sales track record and desire to excel
Mind-Set: Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and comfortable in a commission / fee-based model
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
