Responsibilities
Be a go getter! Take initiative when the opportunity presents itself
Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts
Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients
Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client
Prepare activity reports as required by managements and each client
Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests while exhibiting a sense of urgency
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL background
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
