Hunt and close deals together, splitting leads and co-running calls
Co-own sales strategy and pipeline while our US + offshore tech team handles delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven sales closer (3+ years in digital consulting/agency, ideally e-com tech, AI, security, marketing)
Track record landing/retaining clients ($100k+ ARR a plus)
Love outbound (LinkedIn, email, calls) and team-based selling
Entrepreneurial, equity-driven, Dallas-based (or willing to relocate)
Preferred
Experience selling AI agents, social commerce, or e-com performance solutions
