Talent Harbor is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury trial attorney to serve as the Head of the Texas Office. This leadership role involves overseeing a high-volume personal injury office, making strategic decisions, and mentoring attorneys to enhance trial readiness and performance.

Responsibilities

Serve as Head of the Office, leading attorneys and support staff

Take final ownership of case strategy, valuation, settlements, and trial posture

Personally handle the firm’s most complex and high-exposure PI cases

Establish clear expectations, workflows, and accountability across the team

Mentor attorneys and elevate trial readiness and performance

Address underperformance directly and decisively

Ensure cases move forward—no stagnant files, no excuses

Partner with firm leadership to execute operational and strategic initiatives
